WHAT SHE TAUGHT ME

I saw you three years before,
and felt something in my core,
The smiling face that knocked my heart's door,
I wish we could have hold on some more,

It took one year to adopt that life,
Accepting that you won't be my wife,
But today seeing you after so long,
All those memories hit me as a bomb,
Now leaving you won't be tight,
But believing it will be a fight,

You made me realise that no friend is bound by a band,
But the situation in which they stand,
Appearntly there is no difference in dust and sand.
